Adobe is Evil, Don’t use Photoshop CS

Apparently the latest version of Photoshop, entitled “Photoshop CS” (Actually version 8), analyzes what you’re opening, and if it looks like US or Euro currency, refuses to open the file!

This is a terrible thing for Adobe to do customers, especially since often, you need currency in an advertisement or other graphic design. The fact that Adobe isn’t trusting their customers to do “legal” things really pisses me off.

It’s like refusing to copy a key for somebody because it might not be their key, and could be used for evil purposes. I understand the ramifications of wanting to combat counterfeiting, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I guess we can toss out a few more personal liberties. What are they worth these days, anyway?
